> How the Vassal Marketing website and unaffiliated concept previews handle visitor information and third-party content.

Canonical: https://vassalmarketing.com/privacy/

The public Vassal Marketing site offers an optional mailing-list signup and optional Google Analytics. Unaffiliated concept preview routes do not include that signup or collect information through forms. Our Google Analytics integration excludes prospect preview and showcase routes. The site does not provide user accounts.

## Optional website analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors use our public pages. Our configured events record page views, clicks on our email links, and mailing-list submissions accepted by our form. An email click does not tell us whether an email was sent, and an accepted submission does not establish a new subscriber. This site's analytics implementation does not send email addresses or other mailing-list form contents to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses cookies after you accept and may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and referral information. Page addresses sent by this site omit query strings and fragments. External referral information is limited to the referring website, and prospect preview and showcase addresses are excluded. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization, and do not grant advertising consent. Google handles information according to the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

## Your analytics choices

Analytics remains off unless you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Decline analytics keeps the Google Analytics tag from loading. We save your choice in this browser for six months using local storage, separately from analytics cookies.

Use Analytics settings on any public page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already sent to Google. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may cause the choice to appear again.

## Mailing-list information

When you submit the mailing-list form, Vassal Marketing collects your email address, your affirmative consent, the signup source, and timestamps and status information used to administer the subscription. This information is used to send the marketing updates you requested and to record and honor your subscription choices.

The submission is handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function, and Cloudflare may process technical request and security information while delivering and protecting the form. Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database that stores mailing-list records. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled for the form, Cloudflare may also process information needed to identify automated or abusive submissions.

## Retention and your choices

Mailing-list information is generally retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Limited records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for legitimate recordkeeping, compliance, or to make sure an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.

You may unsubscribe using the link in a mailing or email [hello@vassalmarketing.com](mailto:hello@vassalmarketing.com) to unsubscribe or request deletion.

## Google Maps imagery

Some unaffiliated previews request current public listing or Street View imagery from Google. Google may receive ordinary technical request information and handles it under the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

The Places and Street View endpoints send no-store instructions and do not create a mailing-list profile. You may avoid loading Google imagery by leaving the page before the imagery section loads or by blocking images in your browser.

## Hosting and operational data

Cloudflare may process ordinary request logs, security signals, and network information needed to deliver and protect the site. See the [Cloudflare Privacy Policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). Neon handles stored mailing-list information as a database service. See the [Databricks Privacy Notice](https://www.databricks.com/legal/privacynotice).
